This server presents the pairwise gene expression correlation for two or more genes. For a set of genes you can get all the pairwise correlations and express it as a matrix, graphically display it. The standard color scheme values in the matrix are shaded red for positive coexpression, green for negative coexpression. However, we have 2 other color schemes available.

The "Annotation searches" list at the right is a set of grid images for TB genes clustered by annotations as defined by SWISS PROT. If you have any suggestions on what can be done to improve this server, please contact us.
